Tupelo police to host Real Talk on gun violence April 18
The Tupelo Police Department said it will host a community conversation on gun violence called Real Talk with TPD on April 18, 2026, from 9 a.m. to noon at the Stauffer Community Room, 400 N. Front St.
Tupelo Police Chief John Quaka is scheduled to speak, and the department said guest speakers also are planned.
The department said attendees will have a chance to take part in a question-and-answer session.
The event is free and open to the public, the department said.
