U.S. 11 in Picayune to Close for Mardi Gras Parade Saturday

The city of Picayune will close both directions of U.S. 11 between West Canal Street and Goodyear Boulevard in Pearl River County on Saturday from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m., according to a traffic advisory.

The closure is to accommodate a Mardi Gras parade, and drivers are urged to use alternate routes during that time, officials said.
