A 15-year-old from Florida was arrested after an alleged armed carjacking in a neighboring jurisdiction and an armed robbery on Pearson Road in Pearl early Sunday, police said.
Police told WJTV the carjacking took place in a jurisdiction adjacent to Pearl before the suspect arrived in the city.
According to police, after the armed robbery on Pearson Road, officers located the suspect vehicle as it fled the area. Officers arrested the teenager, police said.
