Mississippi lawmakers revive loan fund for winter storm-hit areas

Mississippi lawmakers revived a revolving loan fund meant to provide financial help to cities and counties affected by the January winter storm, WJTV reported.

Lawmakers placed the revolving loan fund into a House bill as an amendment, WJTV reported.

The action came after Gov. Tate Reeves, R-Miss., vetoed the bill on Monday, WJTV reported.
