Mississippi State library elected to Association of Research Libraries
STARKVILLE, Miss. (WXXV) — Mississippi State University’s library staff were elected to membership in the Association of Research Libraries, WXXV reported. The membership takes effect July 1 and will make MSU the only university in the state with ARL membership, the station said.
WXXV reported that the university’s library faculty and staff were the individuals chosen for the association.
The Association of Research Libraries describes itself as a nonprofit that helps develop visionary leaders and shapes policy for the advancement of knowledge.
