Mississippi teacher charged with statutory rape

A Mississippi teacher turned themselves in and has been charged with statutory rape.

From the Webster’s county sheriffs department.

On 2/4/20 a former Eupora High School teacher, Kayla Tindall turned herself into the Webster County Sheriff Department. She was booked in and charged with statutory rape.

Kayla Tindall is currently out on a $50,000.00 bond at this time. The case has been turned over to The Mississippi Bureau of Investigations and they’ll be handling any further investigations into this case.

The MBI has not yet returned a request we made for further comment on the case.
