Mississippi teen charged with murder related to Monday shooting

A Mississippi teenager has been charged with murder related to a shooting that took place Monday.

Columbus Police charged 18 year old Tyler Blackwell with murder according to Columbus Police Chief Fred Shelton.

The charges stem from the fatal shooting of 20 yeard old Xavier Johnson of Columbus on Monday, April 20th.

The shooting happened early Monday afternoon in south Columbus.
