RaShall Brackney to begin as Jackson police chief within a month

Dr. RaShall Brackney will begin her role as Jackson’s police chief in less than a month, WJTV reported.

Brackney said she is excited to bring new ideas and perspectives to the state capital and the Jackson Police Department, WJTV reported.

WJTV also reported that members of the Jackson community expressed excitement about her arrival.
