Breaking national news: Trump appointed judge rules CNN reporter must have press access restored

In breaking national news, a federal judge granted CNN and White House correspondent Jim Acosta an order that he must have his press credential restored effective immediately, according to CNN.

Acosta’s press credential was removed by Trump earlier this month.

CNN is arguing the Trump White house violated CNN and Acosta’s 1st and 5th Amedment rights by taking his press pass.

The judge will rule on the underlying case next week.
