Hughes’ overtime goal sends U.S. into Olympic semifinals

Quinn Hughes scored an overtime goal to lift the U.S. past Sweden and into the Olympic semifinals, the Associated Press reported.

The win sets up a semifinal matchup with Slovakia, the AP said.

Canada also advanced after a close game and will face Finland in the other semifinal, the AP reported.
