Lady Panthers claim third straight title
The Pine Grove Lady Panthers joined a small list of schools with three consecutive state championships by playing the same style of basketball that has taken them to four championship games in the last four years.

The Lady Panthers lead for all but 37 seconds of the contest against Simmons on Thursday, coming home with the seventh title in prorgram history after the 44-26 victory.
Loren Elliott led Pine Grove with 17 points and was named the games MVP. Jessi Mauney ended her Lady Panther career with nine points and eight rebounds, while Karlie Rogers had nine points and eight rebounds.
