Friday April 15th, 2022 Prentiss County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Brandon Slack took a report of a stolen catalytic converter from a church van at the Oak Hill Baptist Church located on County Road 7461 in the Blackland Community. The theft was captured on surveillance cameras.
Investigation into this incident led to the arrest of Jack C. Dewailly III, 37, of Booneville for Felony Malicious Mischief.
Justice Court Judge Trent Moore set Dewailly’s bond at $10,000.00. Investigator Taylor Walker will present this case to the next grand jury.
