Summer in the south is all about staying up too late, catching fireflies and trips to the beach. Look back on your childhood and your best memories almost certainly involved the summer.

These are just the images and mood talented Tippah County teen Kaylee Turner wants to conjure in her magically splendid summer time anthem titled, aptly, “Summer”.

Miss Turner, an incoming Freshman at Walnut, wrote, played and recorded the original song herself.
