Falkner 13 year old needing heart transplant

A Falkner 13 year old student is in the cardiovascular ICU at LeBonheur needing a new heart after being airlifted out of Tippah county hospital last Monday, August 13th. He was complaining of chest pains, trouble breathing and had an irregular heart rate. After numerous tests, the decision was made to put the child on the national organ donor registry.

The family, Falkner school and local community has gathered around to keep this minor and his family in their thoughts and prayers in this difficult situation.
