Fatal north Mississippi four wheeler accident

A man lost his life after overturning his ATV during an accident on Labor Day, Monday September 3rd.

First responders confirmed that the man, who was alone on the ATV, was the only one injured while riding on land near the Myrtle area of union county.

The man has been identified as Ronald Shawn Phillips of Bartlett, TN.
