Forecast shows 3-4 more inches of rain as NWS warns of flooding

If the song is to be believed, rain is a good thing. But does this count as too much of a good thing?

According to some weather models, we have 3-4 more inches of rain on the way as the NWS is warning that several area rivers are at or near flood stage.

This will affect larger rivers as well as smaller ones.

According to NWS:

Numerous rivers are close to flood stage so there may be flooding on low lands and roadways. Again, Turn Around Don’t Drown ⚠️.
