A high speed chase on Thursday afternoon in Tippah County led to a multi vehicle accident.
The chase was on Highway 15 headed south and ended south of Ripley near the Profile plant outside of Blue Mountain.
Police had highway 15 blocked both the north bound and south bound lanes as of 6 pm on Thursday, June 6th
There were at least 3 vehicles involved in the vehicle accident and at least 4 police vehicles were on scene, as well as an emergency vehicle arriving on scene.
No word yet on any injuries or arrests made on the scene.
