Highway 4 is blocked as Ripley water and gas department is working in area.

They are working where Ashland Rd (highway 4) and S Line Street meet.

There are multiple pieces of machinery on site digging up what appears to be water or gas lines.

If you are heading East or west using highway 4 to get into or out of Ripley, you will be detoured around.

Plan travel accordingly.
