Tippah County News Land work being done where northeast campus in Ripley to be located September 27, 2018 Jon Ross Myers Land work is underway where the northeast Mississippi community college campus in Ripley will be located. The land is being cleared on City Ave. Northeast has plans to build a multi use campus on the site next year. No exact timetable has been set.
