Miss Fairest of the Fair Schedule Announced for Tippah County Fair
The highly anticipated Miss Fairest of the Fair event is set to take place on Friday, August 2, 2024, at 6 PM. Professional photography will be available on-site starting at 5 PM. The competition will feature girls aged 7-21, showcasing their pageant wear.
The divisions for this segment include:
- Mini Miss Fairest of the Fair: 7-8 years
- Junior Miss Fairest of the Fair: 9-11 years
- Pre-Teen Miss Fairest of the Fair: 12-14 years
- Teen Miss Fairest of the Fair: 15-17 years
- Miss Fairest of the Fair: 18-21 years
NOTE: No males are allowed in the dressing area.
On Saturday, August 3, 2024, at 6 PM, the competition will continue with girls aged 0-6 years. Participants can wear either Sunday dress or pageant wear. This segment also introduces the “Most Photogenic” optional division, where participants can bring an 8×10 photo and $5 cash to check-in.
The divisions for this day include:
- Baby Miss Fairest of the Fair: 0-12 months
- Tiny Miss Fairest of the Fair: 13-35 months
- Toddler Miss Fairest of the Fair: 3-4 years
- Little Miss Fairest of the Fair: 5-6 years
Participants must be residents of Tippah County. The entry fee is $10 per contestant, payable at check-in. New this year, a $500 scholarship will be awarded to Miss Fairest of the Fair upon completion of her duties. Awards will be given to the winners. Pre-registration is required by July 26, 2024.
