Multiple ambulances at Wreck near intersection of Highway 2 and Highway 4 that has traffic blocked

A wrecked on highway 4 has traffic blocked Tuesday afternoon.

At approximately 5 pm, a wreck occurred near the intersection of highway 2 and highway 4 just outside the city limits of Ripley.

Traffic on highway 4 eastbound is affected.

Multiple police, ambulances and emergency personnel are on the scene.
