Rape charge brought against man for acts against 12 year old
A Prentiss County man has been arrested for charges involving a minor.
Justin Drew Garrard if Booneville is charged with multiple counts of Statutory Rape and one count of Sexual Battery.
He is in jail at present time.
He was arrested after a tip accused the 32 of sexual intercourse with the minor.
