Threat for severe weather Saturday into Sunday

The NWS in Memphis as well as several forecasts are stating the possibility for severe weather Saturday night into Sunday.

The main threat is damaging wind, with hail and the possibility of a tornado not ruled out.

From the NWS:

A few strong to severe storms are forecast tonight, especially south of I-40. The greatest risk is across north Mississippi and adjacent portions of Arkansas with damaging winds the main threat. An active weather pattern will continue from Sunday through Monday. A few strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible during this time period.
