Threat of severe weather tonight with damaging wind, hail and possible tornadoes
There is a threat for severe weather tonight that could include damging winds, hail and possibile tornadoes according to the National Weather Service.
Heavy rainfall is also a primary threat.

There is a slight risk of severe thunderstorms across portions of North Central and Northeast Mississippi this afternoon into this evening.
Damaging winds is the primary severe weather threat along with secondary threats of large hail and a few tornadoes. Localized heavy rainfall is also possible.
