Tippah County Development Foundation hires new Executive Director

The Board of Directors for the Tippah County Development Foundation is pleased to announce that Mr. Chris Lewellen has been appointed as the new Executive Director.

In his new role, Mr. Lewellen will work closely with county supervisors and mayors of each town/city in Tippah County, along with local businesses and industries to further the mission of promoting economic development in the county.

Mr. Lewellen joins the TCDF after a ten-year career as Ripley’s branch manager of Regions Bank. He and his wife, Carolyn, reside in Ripley. They have two children, Brady who is a senior at Mississippi State University, and Rachel who will be entering the University of Wisconsin/Whitewater in the fall.
