Mississippi NewsTippah County News Mississippi House passes lottery in do-over vote August 28, 2018 Jon Ross Myers After Voting against a state lottery yesterday, the Mississippi house reversed course and voted in favor of enacting the lottery on Tuesday. The bill passed 58-54 with bi-partisan support. It now goes to the governor, who is expected to sign it.
