For the second time, the trial of Quinton Tellis for the burning and murder of Jessica Chambers has ended in a mistrial. Tellis was charged with capital murder over the 2014 crime.
The jury deliberated for 10 hours yesterday and returned to the court today to declare they could not reach a verdict. The judge then declared a mistrial.
