Part of Master-Bilt, Thomas Wholesale furniture destroyed by fire overnight

A pair of businesses just south of the Tippah County line in Cotton Plant were engulfed by fire overnight.

Thomas Wholesale Furniture broke into flames around 1:30 am. The fire caused the furniture outlet to be declared a total loss.

That fire spread to a Master-Bilt Storage unit which was also declared a total loss.
