Northeast Mississippi CC softball jumps to No. 14 in NJCAA poll

Northeast Mississippi Community College said its softball team moved from unranked in the NJCAA preseason poll to No. 14 in the NJCAA’s first regular-season poll.

The college said the Tigers will host doubleheaders against ASU Mid-South and Wabash Valley on Friday and Saturday, with both days’ games starting at noon at The Plex.

The college encouraged fans to attend the weekend games, saying supporters can see the Tigers in person at The Plex.
