Northeast Mississippi Community College Announces Fine Arts Auditions

Auditions for Northeast Mississippi Community College’s Fine Arts programs are set for April and March. The college invites students to audition for various groups, including the band, cheer, and chorus.

Drum majors and feature twirlers will audition on Saturday, April 11, at the Northeast Band Room. Feature twirlers will perform from 3 to 3:30 p.m., followed by drum majors from 3:30 to 5 p.m.

Tryouts for the guard and Tiger Dancers are also scheduled for April 11 at the same location, with makeup sessions available on April 18 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Bonner Arnold Coliseum and Northeast Band Room, respectively.

Campus country auditions are set for April 11 at Hines Hall Auditorium, beginning at 9 a.m. Meanwhile, Northeast Chorus auditions will take place March 18 and April 8 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

College officials encourage students to audition and join Northeast’s award-winning Fine Arts programs.
