Northeast Mississippi Community College said College Transfer Day gave students an opportunity to connect with universities and explore their next steps, the college said in a post.

The college said its transfer success begins well before the event, with a focus on academics and student support.

“We focus on strong academics, real support, and helping students feel confident about their next step,” the college said in the post, adding that students leave prepared for whatever comes next.

The post used the hashtag #MovingForward to describe the college’s approach to preparing students for transfer, the college said.
