Northeast Mississippi Community College leaders host summer social for employees

Northeast Mississippi Community College said President Ford and First Lady LuAnne hosted a summer social for college employees, serving homemade muffins and coffee and providing time to catch up before the new school year begins.

The college said the gathering took place ‘this morning’ and posted about the event on its social media account. In the post, the college said it was ‘grateful for leadership that takes the time to show appreciation in simple but meaningful ways.’

The post included the hashtag #MovingForward, the college said.
