Northeast Mississippi Community College says first graduation of day concluded; second set for 6 p.m.

Northeast Mississippi Community College said its first graduation ceremony of the day concluded and celebrated the students who walked the stage, the college said in a social media post.

The college said it was proud of every student who participated and credited their commitment, resilience and hard work for the accomplishment, according to the post.

The college said the celebration would continue that evening with another graduation ceremony scheduled for 6 p.m., the post said.

The social media post included the hashtag #movingforward and was labeled “Post 2 of 2,” the college said.
