Construction of the Center for Grace & Healing at Blue Mountain Christian University is making steady progress in its 33rd week, according to a recent update from the school.
This week, workers continued erecting structural steel and began installing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing overhead systems on the lower level. Fire suppression overhead rough-in also started on the same level, the university said.
Exterior cold-formed metal framing and sheathing installation are ongoing, along with interior framing efforts. Additionally, the basement wall foundation drain installation is underway, the school added.
