The district has not received notification from city or state officials confirming the water is safe to drink, according to a statement from President Barbara C. McMillin.
McMillin expressed gratitude for volunteers assisting with recovery efforts on campus. The district is prioritizing student safety and will provide updates once officials confirm the water’s safety.
