Miss. Department of Transportation to hold job fair in Newton on Feb. 18

The Mississippi Department of Transportation will hold a job fair on Feb. 18 at its Newton office, 7759 Highway 80 West, the agency said. Representatives will be on site from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

MDOT said it will conduct on-site interviews for openings across Lauderdale, Newton, Scott, Hinds and Rankin counties.

Applicants must be 18 or older and must have a driver’s license and a Social Security card at the time of employment, MDOT said.

Those with questions were asked to call the District 5 Human Resources Office at 601-683-3341, the agency said.
