Forecasters say mostly dry conditions are expected to prevail through Sunday as a cold front approaches.
A few isolated showers could develop in southeast Missouri and northern Mississippi, forecasters said, but most of the area should remain rain-free through Sunday.
There is a low-end risk of severe weather Sunday, forecasters added.
