Ripley: Crews to make final debris pickup rounds after Winter Storm Fern
City of Ripley officials said contracting crews working to clean up debris from Winter Storm Fern are preparing to make their final rounds through the city.
Most crews are expected to be in the city for only a few more weeks, the city said.
Officials urged residents to place any remaining storm debris at the curb as soon as possible to ensure it is picked up, the city said. For properties along state highways, the city said MDOT will soon begin its own debris pickup in those areas.
The city said it appreciated residents’ cooperation as crews work to restore the community.
