Booneville Police Make Arrest for Cyberstalking
BOONEVILLE, MS — According to the Booneville Mississippi Police Department, on April 2, 2024, officers from the Patrol Division responded to a complaint alleging harassment, threats, and intimidation through digital means. The complainant identified Kellen Conner Fair, 21, of Rienzi, MS, as the alleged perpetrator, using cellular communication and various social media platforms for the offenses.
Subsequently, the case was transferred to the Criminal Investigation Division for further inquiry. Following a thorough investigation, Mr. Fair was arrested on May 30, 2024, and formally charged with one felony count of cyberstalking.
Authorities have set Mr. Fair’s bond at $5,000.00. The case is scheduled to be presented to the Prentiss County grand jury for further review and potential indictment.
