Burglary of a Dwelling Arrest Made in Tupelo

Tupelo, MS – According to Tupelo Police Department, a significant development unfolded in the case of a residential burglary reported earlier this summer. On June 6th, 2024, officers responded to a call from Prairie View Circle regarding a break-in. The victim detailed missing belongings from their residence, prompting an immediate investigation.

Following thorough inquiries, authorities identified Morgan Davidson, 29 years old and a resident of Tupelo, as the prime suspect in the burglary. Davidson, already in custody on unrelated charges, was subsequently charged with Burglary of a Dwelling on July 8th.

The legal proceedings swiftly moved forward as Davidson appeared before Tupelo Municipal Court on July 9th. Presiding Judge Allen set a bond of $50,000.00 for Davidson, ensuring his continued detention pending further judicial processes.
