A 911 dispatcher for the Jackson Police Department has been charged and a detective is under investigation following an inquiry into possible misconduct, WJTV 12 News reported.
Jackson residents told WJTV they were alarmed when they heard about the case. They also said they were glad to see accountability as the investigation progresses, the station reported.
