Jeremy Hudson of Corinth to join First Circuit DA’s Office as assistant district attorney Nov. 1, 2026

The First Circuit District Attorney’s Office said in a Facebook post on Oct. 12, 2026, that Jeremy Hudson of Corinth will join the District Attorney’s Office as an assistant district attorney for the First Circuit Court District effective Nov. 1, 2026.

According to the office, Hudson graduated from Corinth High School and Mississippi State University and earned his law degree cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2007.

The post says Hudson worked as a journalist for the Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal and The Clarion-Ledger covering law enforcement, the courts and state government before beginning his legal career.

Hudson practiced law for more than a decade with Wood and Carlton, PC, later becoming a partner in Wood, Carlton and Hudson, PC, and previously served as president of the Alcorn County Bar Association, the office said.

Since 2019 he has served as president of J&A, Inc., a Corinth-based property management company operating across seven Southeastern states, the post said.

The office said Hudson and his wife, Kacie, reside in Corinth and are the parents of three daughters, Anna, Blair and Carly, and it invited the public to join in welcoming him to the office.
