Mississippi State dominated every game in the Starkville Regional and will head to Athens to face SEC champion Georgia, SportsTalk Mississippi reported.
Mississippi State coach Brian O’Connor joined SportsTalk Mississippi host Brian Hadad after the regional win, the network said.
Hadad caught up with O’Connor as the team sits two wins away from the College World Series, according to the program.
The interview aired as part of T&L Extra on SportsTalk Mississippi, the network said.
