Mississippi State enters the final weekend of the regular season with a pitching advantage over Texas A&M, Brian Hadad and Carlo Barone said.
“Pitching has been a strength for Mississippi State all season,” Hadad and Barone said, noting the Bulldogs’ staff as a key factor in the upcoming series.
Hadad and Barone said an injury bug has struck the Aggies, weakening Texas A&M’s depth and contributing to the matchup imbalance.
The commentators asked whether Mississippi State can get the job done in College Station this weekend and said the matchup’s outcome will likely hinge on pitching and health as the regular season closes.
