The Mississippi Supreme Court refused to review the appeal of Myles Flint Johnson of Canton, leaving intact his conviction in connection with his wife’s death.
WJTV reported the Supreme Court’s action leaves in place a Mississippi Court of Appeals decision issued Feb. 17, 2026, that affirmed Johnson’s conviction.
WJTV identified the jurisdiction as Madison County, Miss.
