The Mississippi Prepaid Affordable College Tuition (MPACT) program has reopened for 2026–2027 enrollment, allowing Mississippi families to prepay college tuition at current rates and protect against future increases, the state treasury said.
State Treasurer David McRae and the treasury said plan costs will remain unchanged for this enrollment season. Families can lock in 2026–27 pricing through May 31, 2027, the treasury said.
The treasury said more information about enrollment and plan details is available from the Mississippi State Treasury.
