Pair of children killed following hostage situation in Coahoma County
Tragedy struck in Coahoma County as two children were killed following a hostage situation.

Two children have been shot to death after a hostage situation in Coahoma County, Mississippi on Monday.
Coahoma County sheriffs say they located a 9-year-old girl and a 1-year-old boy both suffering from gunshot wounds at the residence.
One of the children was pronounced dead at the scene while the other victim later died at a hospital in Clarksdale.
Marquez Griffin, 25, was taken into custody and charged with two counts of murder and two counts of aggravated assault.
