The Thunder & Lightning show turned its offseason opponent previews to the Egg Bowl in June, the program said.
Host Brian Hadad welcomed SportsTalk Mississippi co-host Michael Borkey to the pod for a look at the Ole Miss Rebels and the Battle for the Golden Egg, the show said.
The program said it has a tradition of beginning opponent previews at the end of the season and jumping into the Egg Bowl coverage in June.
The episode featured discussion of Ole Miss and the rivalry, according to Thunder & Lightning.
