Facebook releases report on types of data it gathers

In a Memo to Congress , Facebook detailed the types of data it gathers on its users.

The memo shows it monitors mouse movements, browser history and types used, battery levels, wireless signals, storage space, nearby electronic devices, location using GPS, camera use, offline actions, and more.

This was in response to an April request from Congress on privacy concerns involving the social media giant.
