Federal judge strikes down Trump administration’s $100,000 H-1B fee

A federal judge on Monday struck down the Trump administration’s $100,000 fee on new H-1B visas.

The administration had announced the fee as a way of preventing foreign workers from taking American jobs, the administration said.

The ruling nullifies the fee on new H-1B visa applications.
